We always try to give the best services possible but there are some procedures, terms, and conditions that have to be followed when the phone support does not suffice. Our clients are entitled to on-site service liable on the Covered Equipment’s locality. On-site service will involve Superior sending our engineer to the client’s Covered Equipment locality for the repair service purpose. Superior will decide entitlement for the repair service one technical backing of troubleshooting is completed.
We follow the procedures as provided by Apple as we are an Authorized Apple Resellers. Those repairs required through software glitches, or from modification, tuning, or repair by agents other than Apple trained technicians or the agents are not included in Apple’s repair hardware service will be either declined service or charged extra.
We ensure that the Client will be willing to collaborate with the engineer, offer complete admittance to the Covered Equipment and render entrance to authority at no responsibility to Apple and Superior.
In case, if a client is unable to offer entry to or be present at the Covered Equipment’s locality for the Apple engineer to execute service at the chosen time, service will not be rendered and the client will be accountable for extra charges for a consequent visit for service.
